TRADING STATEMENT                                                               
In accordance with paragraph 3.4 (b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE    
Limited, shareholders are advised that the Company`s results for the six months 
ended 31 August 2009, being earnings and headline earnings per share, are       
expected to be between 35% and 45% higher than the reported earnings and        
headline earnings per share for the prior comparative period.                   
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been 
reviewed by the Company`s auditors.                                             
The Company`s annual financial results will be released on or about 10 November 
2009.
