ISA - ISA Holdings - Trading Statement for the six months ended 31 August 2009 ISA HOLDINGS LIMITED ("ISA" or "the company") (Registration number: 1998/009608/06) JSE share code: ISA ISIN code: ZAE000067344 Trading Statement for the six months ended 31 August 2009 In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are required to publish a trading statement as soon as they are satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial results of the period to be reported upon will differ by 20% or more from the financial results of the previous corresponding period. ISA`s shareholders are advised that ISA is currently finalizing its results for the six months ended 31 August 2009 and are hereby notified that headline earnings per share and earnings per share for the six months ended 31 August 2009 are expected to be between 42% and 52% higher than the unaudited results for the six months ended 31 August 2008. The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or reported on by the company`s auditors. The results for the six months ended 31 August 2009 are expected to be published on or before 18 September 2009.
