Further to the cautionary announcements dated 18 March 2009, 6 May 2009 and 19  
June 2009, shareholders are advised that the directors of the Company are       
continuing efforts to recapitalize the Company with fund raising efforts.       
Shareholders will be advised of all material developments in the business as    
soon as possible through SENS releases.
