RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                                               
Shareholders are advised that the special resolution and all the ordinary       
resolutions proposed in the notice to shareholders dated 31 March 2009 were     
passed by the requisite number of votes at the annual general meeting of the    
Company held on Wednesday, 24 June 2009.                                        
The special resolution will be lodged with the Companies and Intellectual       
Property Registration Office for registration.
