FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT                                                 
Further to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 16 April 2009        
and in the press on 17 April 2009, shareholders are advised that Sekunjalo`s    
negotiations are still ongoing. Additionally, the company has entered into      
further negotiations with new parties in the mining sector which, if            
successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the price of the          
company`s securities. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue         
exercising caution when dealing in the company`s securities until detailed      
announcements are released.
