REGISTRATION OF SPECIAL RESOLUTIONS REGARDING THE ODD-LOT OFFER AND SPECIFIC    
SHARE REPURCHASE                                                                
Discovery shareholders are hereby advised that the necessary special resolutions
relating to the amendments to the articles of association of the Company and    
specific authority to repurchase shares have been registered with the Companies 
and Intellectual Property Registration Office ("CIPRO"). The odd-lot offer and  
specific share repurchase are now unconditional.                                
Further announcements regarding the take up of the odd-lot offer and specific   
share repurchase will be made following the closing of the odd-lot offer and    
specific share repurchase on 15 May 2009.
