SKJ - Sekunjalo - Change to the group structure and board appointments SEKUNJALO INVESTMENTS LIMITED Registration number 1996/006093/06 (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) ISIN: ZAE000017893 JSE Code: SKJ ("Sekunjalo" or "the company" or "the Group") CHANGE TO THE GROUP STRUCTURE AND BOARD APPOINTMENTS AT SEKUNJALO INVESTMENTS LIMITED The board of Sekunjalo has implemented major restructuring of the Group and its business units in the last 6 months. This restructuring has seen the company dis-establish the corporate head office and becoming a decentralized investment holding company with subsidiary business units operating autonomously. This change has necessitated a review of the structure at the executive corporate level. In terms of the restructure, the position of Group CEO is dis- established and Mr Mohamed Kajee will leave the Group to pursue his personal interests. However, Mr Kajee will continue to be part of the Sekunjalo Group in an advisory capacity and will represent Sekunjalo Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd, the largest shareholder of Sekunjalo Investments Limited on the board of Sekunjalo Investments Limited as a non-executive director. This change is effective as of 9 April 2009.
