company will be posted to shareholders by 9 April 2009, and notice is hereby    
given that the annual general meeting of the company will be held at 09:30 on 22
May 2009, at Valley House, Hirzel Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey, to transact  
business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting.
