RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING                                                      
Shareholders are advised that, at the general meeting held on Thursday, 26      
February 2009 to consider the ordinary and special resolutions detailed in the  
circular sent to shareholders on Tuesday, 3 February 2009, all of the ordinary  
and special resolutions tabled at the general meeting were approved by the      
requisite majorities of votes by shareholders.                                  
The resolutions will be lodged with the Registrar of Companies for registration 
in due course.
