The Sekunjalo Group, the Board of Directors and the executive Chairman, Dr M I Surve welcome the increased stake from our strategic partner, ABSA Group Limited. ABSA Group Limited are now a 26% shareholder in the group and this will strengthen the strategic relationship between Sekunjalo and Absa which began with an initial investment of 9% in Sekunjalo by Absa Corporate and Business Bank 18 months ago. In addition, Sekunjalo wishes to notify its shareholders that neither the Company nor any of its Directors were party to any defaulting position on the Single Stock Futures.
