today, 30 January 2009, all the ordinary and special resolutions contained in   
the relevant notice of annual general meeting were duly passed (and where       
applicable modified) by the requisite majority votes required in each instance. 
The relevant special resolutions will be lodged with the Companies and          
Intellectual Property Registration Office for registration in due course.
