CGR - Calgro - Changes To The Board Of Directors CALGRO M3 HOLDINGS LIMITED (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration Number 2005/027663/06) Share Code: CGR & ISIN: ZAE000109203 ("Calgro" or "the company") CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, notice is hereby given that Mrs Elizabeth Mmakgoshi Phetla-Lekhethe and Mr John Gibbons have been appointed as non-executive directors of the company with effect from 6 November 2008. Mmakgoshi, until recently, served as Senior Advisor to the Executive Director for Africa Group 1, at the World Bank Group Board. She has over 12 years` experience in debt capital markets globally and possesses a deep understanding and knowledge of the South African and international financial market operations. She has recently been appointed as deputy chairperson of the Financial Services Board (FSB) and is the Chief Executive Officer of the South African Savings Institute (SASI). Mmakgoshi will chair the Investment committee and be an ordinary member of the audit committee as well as the remuneration and nominations committee of Calgro. John is a Chartered Accountant by profession and a retired ex partner at PWC. He has held non-executive directorships for several companies, some of which were JSE listed and chaired several of their audit committees. John will chair the audit committee and be an ordinary member of the investment committee as well as the remuneration and nominations committee of Calgro. The board wish to extend their congratulations and best wishes to Mrs Phetla- Lekhethe and Mr Gibbons with their appointments and the simultaneous challenges it will bring.
