NPN - Naspers - Trading Statement Naspers Limited (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Reg. No 1925/001431/06) JSE share code: NPN ISIN: ZAE000015889 LSE ADS code: NPSN ISIN: US 6315121003 ("Naspers") Trading Statement Shareholders are advised that the Naspers group is presently preparing its annual financial statements for the year ending 31 March 2008. Earnings per share for the period is expected to be between 35% and 45% higher than the prior period`s comparable earnings per share of 676 cents. Headline earnings per share for the period is forecast at between 20% and 30% higher than the prior period`s comparable headline earnings per share of 866 cents. We expect core headline earnings to be between 35% and 45% higher than the comparable period`s R2,854 billion. Core headline earnings per share is expected to grow between 10% and 20% above the comparable period`s 965 cents.
