CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS                                                
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,  
the board of directors of Conduit Capital hereby notifies its shareholders that 
Mr Paul Diamond, an executive director, and Ms Megan Kruger, a non-executive    
director, have resigned from the board with immediate effect.                   
The board of directors would like to thank Paul and Megan for their             
contributions to the company and wishes them success in the future.
