CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF VUNANI                                      
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,     
notification is hereby given of the appointment of Dr Bongani Khumalo, to the   
board, as independent non-executive director, with immediate effect.            
Dr Bongani Khumalo is a director of various companies and was the previous      
Chairman of Transnet Limited.  He has a wealth of experience in areas such as   
corporate governance, industry and enterprise restructuring and transformation, 
stakeholder relations and safety.                                               
The directors of Vunani welcome Dr Bongani Khumalo to the board and look forward
to a long and mutually beneficial working relationship.
