INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS (PROPRIETARY) LIMITED ("B&E"), SPACE CONSTRUCTION        
(PROPRIETARY) LIMITED ("SPACE CONSTRUCTION"), THABA BOSIU CONSTRUCTION          
(PROPRIETARY) LIMITED ("THABA BOSIU") AND ZAMORI CONSTRUCTION (PROPRIETARY)     
LIMITED ("ZAMORI CONSTRUCTION")                                                 
Raubex shareholders are referred to the announcements released by Raubex on SENS
on 6 November 2007, 3 December 2007 and 28 January 2008, relating to,           
respectively, the acquisitions of Space Construction, B&E, Thaba Bosiu and      
Zamori Construction ("the Acquisitions") and are advised that the Competition   
Commission has unconditionally approved the implementation of the Acquisitions. 
Accordingly, all suspensive conditions relating to the Acquisitions have now    
been fulfilled.
