Notice is hereby given that on Friday, 4 April 2008, Netcare Limited declared a 
preference dividend (Number 4) of 535,86 cents per preference share for the     
period from 1 October 2007 to 31 March 2008, payable on Tuesday, 29 April 2008  
to holders of the preference shares recorded in the books of the Company at     
close of business on Friday, 25 April 2008.                                     
In compliance with the requirements of Strate, the following dates are          
applicable:
