CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS                                               
Following his recent transfer within the John Deere organization, Mr John J     
Dalhoff, a nominated non-executive director, has resigned from the Bell board   
with immediate effect. Simultaneously, Mr Kelan Manning has been appointed with 
immediate effect to the Bell board to succeed Mr Dalhoff as a non-executive     
director.
