CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS                                                
In accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3.59 (b) of the Listings         
Requirements of the JSE Limited, notification is hereby given that the Board of 
Directors of the company have accepted the resignation of Dr Bongani Finca as   
non-executive director with effect from Friday, 29 February 2008.               
The board of Vunani would like to thank Bongani for the contribution he has made
to the company and wish him success in the future.
