FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT                                                 
Further to the cautionary announcements released on SENS on 12 October 2007, 23 
November 2007 and 4 January 2008, shareholders are advised that the Company is  
still in discussions regarding its strategic review of Destiny Health, its US   
subsidiary.                                                                     
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when       
dealing in the Company`s securities until a full announcement is made.          
An update on developments will be provided with the results expected to be      
released on SENS on 26 February 2008.
