Further to the announcement released on Friday, 8 February 2008, shareholders   
are advised that the special resolution relating to the change of company name  
has been registered and there are no further conditions outstanding.  The       
timetable is as follows:

Shareholders are reminded that only the company`s long name will change to      
"Netcare".  All other information will remain unchanged and all existing share  
certificates will still be valid.
