Netcare shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on       
Friday, 21 December 2007 relating to the change of the company`s name.  Due to  
delays with the registration of the special resolution relating to the company`s
name change at the Companies and Intellectual Property Registration Office, the 
dates published in the announcement referred to above are no longer applicable. 
A further announcement with revised dates will be released on SENS as soon as   
they are determined.
