CHANGES TO DIRECTORS RESPONSIBILITIES                                           
In accordance with the requirements of the recently promulgated Corporate Laws  
Amendment Act, Dines Gihwala (Independent Chairman of Redefine) has been        
appointed as a member of the Redefine Audit Committee. Wolf Cesman and Stewart  
Shaw-Taylor have stepped down as members of the Audit Committee, but will       
continue to be involved in Audit Committee matters and attend meetings. The     
Audit Committee now comprises three independent non-executive directors.
