RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGS                                              
Linked unitholders are advised of the results of the annual general meetings of 
shareholders and debenture holders of Redefine, convened on Friday, 18 January  
2008 at 10:00 am and 10:30 am respectively, in terms of the notices of annual   
general meetings contained in the Redefine annual report issued on 21 December  
2007. The shareholder and debenture holder resolutions in respect of the issue  
of linked units for cash were withdrawn. All remaining resolutions were passed  
by the requisite majorities of Redefine shareholders and debenture holders.
