RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT                                              
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 26 November 2007, shareholders are 
advised of Labat`s intention to continue the intended strategy of listing the   
restructured and amalgamated Labat Traffic Solutions (Proprietary) Limited under
the name Total Client Services Limited, the unbundling thereof to shareholders  
of Labat, and the de-listing of Labat which may have a material effect on the   
price at which Labat`s shares trade. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to   
continue to exercise caution when trading in Labat shares on JSE Limited until a
further announcement setting out the details of the unbundling and de-listing is
made.
