RESULTS OF RENOUNCEABLE CLAW-BACK RIGHTS OFFER                                  
Further to the circular to Growthpoint linked unitholders regarding a           
renounceable claw-back rights offer of 100 000 000 new linked units at an issue 
price of 1650 cents per linked unit in the ratio of 8.5293 claw-back units for  
every 100 units held on 19 November 2007, Investec is authorised to announce    
that 3 008 173 linked units were subscribed for by Growthpoint linked           
unitholders other than the Public Investment Corporation ("PIC") on behalf of   
the Government Employees Pension Fund ("GEPF"). The balance of the linked units 
will be retained by the PIC on behalf of the GEPF.                              
In terms of the aforementioned circular, linked unit certificates will be mailed
to certificated linked unitholders or credited directly to the relevant CSDP or 
broker in respect of dematerialised linked unitholders today.
