Further to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on                      
12 October 2007 and in the press on 13 October 2007 shareholders are advised    
that the Company is still in discussions regarding its strategic review of      
Destiny Health, its US subsidiary.                                              
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when       
dealing in the Company`s securities until a full announcement is made.
