Redefine linked unitholders are advised that at the general meetings of         
Redefine shareholders and Redefine debenture holders held on Wednesday, 14      
November 2007, all resolutions relating to Redefine`s proposed black            
economic empowerment proposal entailing the specific issue of 80 000 000        
Redefine linked units at a price of R6.85 per linked unit to selected           
strategic and broad-based BEE participants were approved by the requisite       
majorities of Redefine shareholders and Redefine debenture holders.
