APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD                                                        
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, HAHL is     
pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Morongwe Malebye to the board of     
directors as an independent non-executive director, with immediate effect.      
Morongwe will also join the Audit Committee as a member. Morongwe has operated  
in senior and executive roles in the major markets in which the Company         
operates and will play an important role in extending our network capabilities  
in key areas. Her appointment strengthens the Company`s commitment to good      
corporate governance and we look forward to working with her in fulfilling      
these responsibilities.
