In compliance with section 3.22 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,       
shareholders are advised as follows:                                            
Annual report                                                                   
Further to Cashbuild`s audited results for the year ended 30 June 2007,         
published on 18 September 2007, the annual report was posted on Friday, 2       
November 2007. The annual report contains no modifications to the               
aforementioned published audited results.                                       
Annual general meeting                                                          
The annual general meeting of the members of Cashbuild will be held at 10h00    
on 26 November 2007 at the company`s registered office, cnr Aeroton and         
Aerodrome Roads, Aeroton, Johannesburg to transact the business as stated in    
the notice of the annual general meeting forming part of the annual report.
