Shareholders of Bowler are referred to the preliminary report for the year      
ended 30 June 2007 published in the press, and are advised that the annual      
financial statements of the company have now been published and posted to       
shareholders on Friday, 26 October 2007.  Bowler shall not be publishing an     
abridged report, as the information previously published in the preliminary     
report is unchanged.                                                            
The annual general meeting of the company shall be held at 09:00 on Monday,     
26 November 2007, at the head office of the company, Harris Drive, Ottery,      
Cape Town.
