RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                                               
Shareholders are advised that the ordinary and special resolutions proposed     
at the annual general meeting of the company held today, Tuesday, 30            
October 2007 were approved by the requisite majorities. A copy of the           
special resolution will be lodged with the Registrar of Companies for           
registration as required by the Companies Act, 1973, as amended, in due         
course.                                                                         
A business update was read out at the meeting, a copy of which has been         
released on SENS.
