Notice is hereby given that the tenth annual general meeting of FSR             
shareholders will be held at 09:00 on Thursday 29 November 2007 at the FNB      
Conference and Learning Centre, 114 Grayston Drive, Sandown, Sandton, 2196 to   
transact the business as stated in the annual general meeting notice forming    
part of the annual financial statements.
