CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT                                                         
Shareholders are referred to Discovery`s results announcement dated 4 September 
2007, in which Discovery stated that it would communicate to the market the     
outcome of its strategic review of Destiny Health, its US subsidiary, on Monday 
15 October 2007.                                                                
The strategic review has resulted in a preferred alternative for the future of  
Destiny Health. Discussions regarding this preferred alternative are currently  
ongoing. A more detailed update will be communicated to the market when the     
process is complete.                                                            
Shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in Discovery shares   
until a further announcement is made.
