Shareholders are advised the company`s annual financial statements for the year 
ended 30 June 2007 will be distributed to shareholders on Thursday, 11 October  
2007.                                                                           
The annual financial statements contain no modifications to the reviewed        
preliminary results which were published on SENS on 20 August 2007 and the      
financial press on 21 August 2007.                                              
The annual financial statements were audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc.     
Their unqualified report is available for inspection at the Company`s registered
office.                                                                         
Notice of Annual General Meeting                                                
Notice is hereby given that the 2007 annual general meeting of shareholders of  
Aspen will be held in the Boardroom, building number 8, Healthcare Park,        
Woodlands Drive, Woodmead on Friday, 16 November 2007 at 09:30 to transact the  
business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting.
