Further to the Audited Results announcement published on SENS on 21 August 2007,
the last outstanding condition precedent to the acquisition is Competition      
Tribunal approval. The Tribunal met on 31 August 2007 and has deferred its      
ruling pending the receipt of further information that it has requested from the
Competition Commission. A further announcement will be issued as soon as the    
Tribunal has given its ruling.
