CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS                                                
Shareholders are advised of the following change to the board of directors      
of Discovery ("the Board"), with effect from 30 August 2007:                    
Mr Alan Pollard will replace Mr Stewart Whyte as a director of Discovery.       
Alan is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Discovery Vitality, and        
served for many years as the head of Research & Development. Alan joined        
Discovery in November 1994 and has been instrumental in the development of      
Discovery Health and Vitality. Stewart relocated to the USA a number of         
years ago, and continues to serve as a director of Destiny Health Inc.,         
Discovery`s US subsidiary
