CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS                                               
In compliance with the JSE Listings Requirements, the following information is  
announced and disclosed:                                                        
Dr Iqbal Surve, in compliance with the JSE requirement that the roles of        
Executive Chairman and CEO be separated by 31 August 2007, has relinquished the 
role of CEO and remains the Executive Chairman.                                 
Mohamed "Mo" Kajee, former Chief Financial Officer, is appointed as CEO.        
Khalid Abdulla, former CEO of Sekunjalo Capital, is appointed as Chief Financial
Officer.                                                                        
Norman Noland, former Deputy CEO is appointed as Non-Executive Deputy Chairman. 
The above board changes are effective as at 30 August 2007.
