At the general meeting held this morning by the Growthpoint linked unitholders  
the requisite majority of linked unitholders approved the resolutions necessary 
to give effect to the above acquisition and staff incentive scheme.             
The last outstanding condition precedent is Competition Tribunal approval which 
is expected to be received before the end of August 2007.
