In terms of paragraph 3.63 - 3.65 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE       
Limited ("JSE Listings Requirements"), the following transactions, in respect of
which prior written approval pursuant to paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Listing

Shareholders are referred to the Company`s SENS announcement dated 1 August     
2007, in which the company announced that Mr N Weltman had retired as an        
Executive Director and that his status has changed to that of a Non-Executive
