Shareholders are advised that a circular has been posted on 13 August 2007      
relating to a specific issue of 13 million `B` ordinary shares for cash to Absa 
Corporate and Business Bank, a division of ABSA Bank Limited.                   
The general meeting will be held at Sekujalo House, Block F, The Terraces -     
Steenberg Office Park, Tokai, Republic of South Africa on Wednesday, 29 August  
2007, commencing at 10h00.
