INTEREST DISTRIBUTION NO. 29 FOR THE QUARTER ENDED 31 MAY 2007                  
Unitholders are advised that an interest distribution of 12.6 cents per linked  
unit will be paid in respect of the period 1 March to 31 May 2007. This         
represents an increase of 18.9% over 10.6 cents for the comparable period in    
2006.                                                                           
Total interest distributions for the 9 months to 31 May 2007 of 36.6 cents per  
linked unit are 16.2% higher than 31.5 cents per linked unit paid in the        
comparable period in 2006.
