Notice is hereby given that Preference Dividend No. 122 of 5,5 (five comma      
five) cents per share has been declared in respect of the six months ended 30   
June 2007.                                                                      
The last date to trade in order to be eligible for the dividend will be Friday  
27 July 2007.                                                                   
Shares will trade ex-dividend from Monday 30 July 2007.                         
The record date will be Friday 3 August 2007 and payment will be made on        
Monday 6 August 2007.                                                           
Share certificates may not be dematerialised/ rematerialised between Monday 30  
July 2007 and Friday 3 August 2007, both days inclusive.
