RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR                                                         
In compliance with Rules 3.59 - 3.62 of the JSE Listing Requirements, the

Mr Colin Hugh Kretzmann has resigned as a Director from the Bidvest Board       
of Directors with effect from June 26 2007. Mr Kretzmann will continue in       
an Executive capacity assisting within a number of operations within the        
BidFood Division.
