In terms of paragraph 2.6 of the Listing Requirements of the JSE Limited,       
shareholders are advised of the following changes to the company`s              
sponsors:                                                                       
New Appointment:                                                                
MICROmega is pleased to announce the appointment of Investec Bank Limited       
("Investec") to the role of sponsor, as defined by the JSE Limited, with        
immediate effect. The appointment of Investec was prompted by the need to       
be represented by an institution that could meet the continued growth and       
future expectations of the group.                                               
MICROmega would like to thank their outgoing sponsor Vunani Corporate           
Finance (Pty) Ltd for services rendered.
