APPOINTMENT AND RESIGNATION OF AUDITORS                                         
In terms of paragraph 3.75 of the Listing Requirements of the JSE Limited,      
shareholders are advised of the following changes to the company`s auditors:    
New Appointment:                                                                
MICROmega is pleased to announce the appointment of KPMG Inc as auditors of the 
group with effect from the date of release of the 2006 Annual Report. The need  
to engage the services of one of the major auditing practices is a direct result
of the growth the group has enjoyed over the past twelve months.                
"Whilst we have been very satisfied with the services provided by our previous  
auditors RW Irish-Alliott Inc we have been under increasing pressure by         
institutional investors to engage one of the major firms. We believe the time is
now right, given the groups recent acquisitions and anticipated growth to make  
delivery on our commitment to these institutions, stated Greg Morris Chairman of
MICROmega.                                                                      
Resignation:                                                                    
R W Irish-Alliott Inc has resigned as auditor with effect from the date of      
release of the 2006 Annual Report.  MICROmega would like to thank R W Irish-    
Alliott Inc for their support and contribution over the last eight years.
