RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                                               
York is pleased to announce that all the special and ordinary resolutions       
proposed at the annual general meeting of shareholders of York ("York           
shareholders") held on Tuesday, 5 June 2007, were passed by the requisite       
majority of York shareholders, with the exception of the motion to re-elect ISD 
Tucker as director, which was withdrawn in view of his retirement on 30 April   
2007.
