RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING                                                  
PPC shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement of 14 May 2007 and are   
advised that all of the special resolutions required in respect of the          
subdivision, tabled at the general meeting of PPC shareholders held today, were 
approved by the requisite majority of shareholders. The special resolutions will
be lodged with the Registrar of Companies for registration as soon as is        
reasonably possible.                                                            
The proposed dates in respect of the subdivision are set out in the announcement
of 14 May 2007. Any change in these dates will be announced on SENS.
