    Following the announcement on 21 February 2007 regarding the appointment of 
    Alan Ferguson as a director of Lonmin Plc with effect from 6 June 2007, the 
    following information is given in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.13:      
Mr Ferguson was previously a director of Inchcape plc and The BOC Group     
    plc. There are no further disclosures to be made pursuant to Listing Rule
