NAMPAK LIMITED - RETIREMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR                           
Nampak advises that a non-executive director of the company, Mr Peter Campbell, 
will retire on 31 May 2007 after reaching the retirement age of 70.  Peter      
served on the board for 23 years and was chairman of the audit committee for the
past 10 years, in which role he has been replaced by Mr Roy Smither.            
The board thanks Peter for his valuable contribution over many years.           
NAMPAK LIMITED - APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR                          
Nampak is pleased to advise that Mrs Nosipho Molope has been appointed a non-   
executive director of Nampak Limited and a member of the audit committee with   
effect from 1 June 2007.                                                        
Nosipho, who is a Chartered Accountant, is employed by the Financial Services   
Board as its chief financial officer.
